TO OPEN THE SERENATA MUSIC 2017-2018 SEASON WE WELCOME BACK PIANIST DAVID JALBERT, OCTOBER 21.
David last presented his interpretation of the Goldberg Variations on our stage several years ago which thrilled the audience. He will challenge us this year as he performs an eclectic group of works by Schubert, Prokofiev, Schumann and Stravinsky. Look for his new CD of Stravinsky and Prokofiev coming October 6. For further information see http://davidjalbert.com.

We also look forward to the November 11 presentation of The Terezin Project, music banned by the Nazis presented by the Clarion Quartet all of whom are members of the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra. Londoner Jennifer Orchard, violin, has organized this seasonally relevant program. See http://clarionquartet.com for more information.
